A very short history of Zone 8

On 1st September 1978, the 1st Corps and Comfort Corps were merged and re-named as Area 8 under District D. Area 8 was subsequently renamed to Zone 8 in the NHQ reorg in 1996.

Currently, there are 8 secondary school corps and 2 badger units under Zone 8:

• Bedok South Secondary School Corps
• Chung Cheng High School (Main) Corps
• Dunman High School Corps
• East View Secondary School Corps
• Greenview Secondary School Corps
• Peicai Secondary School Corps
• Presbyterian High School Corps
• Tampines Secondary School Corps
• Pei Chun Badger Unit
• Tampines Badger Unit
